Osazee and Nancy got married on the 23rd of May on a lovely day at a lavish hotel, The Renaissance Dallas Hotel, the same place they had their rehearsal a day before.

The Renaissance Dallas Hotel is a gem in the Dallas, texas community of Addison. It is located near some of the best attractions in North Dallas. The hotel had various beautiful rooms, but the couple chose Garden rooms 1 and 2 for the ceremony venue and the Malachite room for the reception. This was a simple aesthetic venue. The management, decorations, food, service, everything was impeccable. The wedding planner Randi Yarrell performed a marvelous job in doing the setup. Similarly, the florist from the Branching Out Events also made sure everything looked perfect.

On the 22nd of May, the couple had their bridal shower, a welcoming event held at the Canvas Hotel. Branching Out Events assisted in setting up the stage that day as well.

The wedding day was a fantastic day for Osazee and Nancy. The preparations started early, from 6:00 am. The Renaissance Dallas Hotel was opened for set up, makeup and hairstylists and bridesmaids arrived, tables were set up for linen replacement, linens were set for floral and place setting. Chelsea doll, Janaye Faces, and Kai Lopez started with the hair and makeup. Later on, the florists arrived, groomsmen also reached, the ceremony entertainment came for soundcheck, and our photography team from the lavishly lux studio started with the photography coverage. The reception band, Farell Coker, aka DJRell, reached the venue for a soundcheck. By then, the hair and markup were complete, the bridal party photoshoot had been started, and the groom and groomsmen were also ready. Lavishly lux studio began with the cinematography coverage. Midafternoon the caterers and the violinist Demola arrived, the gorgeous white three-tier square cake from Fancy Cakes by Lauren kitchen was also delivered till then. The guests also started pouring in.

The bride wore the beautiful traditional white wedding dress by Pnina Tornai matching the white theme of the wedding, and the groom wore a green jacket suit and shoes from the Maestro Philippe. At 5:00 pm, the ceremony eventually commenced, followed by a cocktail hour. Meanwhile, the violinist played, our photography team made portraits of the newlyweds and the rest of the family. Afterward, the guests were called to the reception hall, entertained by the African comedians, and both the families Eugae and Edwards, were introduced to each other. They had their first dance on harmland of clouds while the guests showered them with money. Following the father/daughter and mother/son dance, dinner was served.

After sunset, the cake cutting ceremony was initiated; subsequently, the best man and maid of honor delivered their toasts. The rest of the evening was filled with fun, entertainment, laughter, and dancing. There were bouquet and garter tosses. The African comedians made sure everybody is having a good time.

Ulteriorly, the bride, groom, and the bridal party changed into their traditional Nigerian attire. The bride and groom both wore matching pink attires, while the rest of the company wore colorful, shimmery Nigerian outfits. I enjoyed being a photographer for this traditional Nigerian wedding. My favorite moment to capture was the sand blending ceremony, and when the couple read out letters to each other, it was rather unique.

The wedding day was full of fun. There were refreshments, snacks, an open dance floor, mimosas, and a photo booth. A table with confectionaries, a stand stocked with sweets, and a slideshow of the couple’s picture, which was a lovely intuition.

Overall the wedding was as lavish as it could be. We wish the couple a happy married life.
