Keep Calm and Wedding Plan. But how?

 

Misha here, and I’d just like to tell you to first: Breathe.

I know planning can get overwhelming. Try and remember why you’re doing this. It’s your
wedding day! The moments created will last a lifetime. Even if you’re just wishing for the
day to get here take a moment to chill, and (try to) enjoy the ride.

Tip #1: Breathe and find some downtime.

Feeling overwhelmed is no way to feel before a wedding you’ve probably been planning
since you were little. Get to a spa, get your hair done, get a manicure and go to the gym.
Treat yourself! Don’t wait until the big day arrives. You deserve time for you and only you.

Tip #2: Manage your Timing

There are 24 hours in a day, in which you need to juggle work, sleep & home and feeling
stressed is just the tip of the iceberg. Get your hands on a calendar and pre-plan everything
you need to finish and stick to it. Feel in charge of the tasks and remember that you are in
control.

Tip #3: Get that Beauty Sleep

Long nights and early mornings, your full-time job, plus a wedding can really make an
effect. Take the time and get some rest. You owe it to yourself. Get those 7-8 hours of sleep
so your mind and body function optimally.

Tip #4: Enjoy the process

I never get tired of saying it. Enjoy the ride. Laugh more, cry less (unless it’s happy crying)
don’t let frustrations get to you and remember: Get your chill time too! You deserve it.
